Administer and be responsible for the District management and daily operations of the NICC financial aid offices. Prepare and analyze
reports on a weekly, monthly, annual, and as needed basis to meet internal and external reporting obligations. Process state and federal
applications and fiscal operations reports to secure money for the awarding of financial aid. Actively participate in professional
development activities to remain continually aware of national, state, and college regulations and policies regulating the financial aid
function of the college. Contribute to the NICC enrollment management effort as it pertains to securing new student financial resources and
providing student financial counseling. Supervise the Financial Aid Officer and support staff assigned. Perform all other duties as assigned
by supervisor. Vacancy is at the Calmar campus. Consideration will be given to candidates desiring to work from the Peosta campus.
